I'm a hands-on senior technology leader with over 30 years' experience across systems administration, cloud infrastructure, IT service management, and digital delivery in public sector, education, and commercial settings.

I currently lead the Digital Development, Cloud Integrations, and CRM teams at a UK university, working on their new Azure Integrations Hub, Azure DevOps adoption, and activities with LLM, chatbot and agentic AI services.

I've led migrations across AWS and Azure, built web platforms to government accessibility and security standards, and managed the Linux, Windows, and networking layers that keep services running. I've also used REST APIs, webhooks, low code platforms, and Node RED to connect systems like MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, and Moodle/Totara into reliable data flows, and that's now extending into LLM based and agentic AI tooling.

I bring ITIL 4 aligned service management, ISO9001 process discipline, and information security compliance (GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001) to every engagement, having delivered multi million pound contracts including "Blue Light" services for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and secured sign off from bodies like the DfE and Cabinet Office. I've led incident, problem, and change management at scale, including an EMEA wide major incident team covering around 700 applications, and driven service improvements and cost reductions alongside it.
